The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000 for bank transfers and FPX, and RM10,000 for e-wallet transactions. max77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after one (1) network confirmation.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your max77 Account are from legitimate sources and are free from any criminal or unlawful origin. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
No Fees: max77 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected. max77 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is satisfied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, max77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
max77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Platform Availability: max77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but cannot guarantee service availability at all times.
